I did not measure it but I find there is a wider field of view with the new mirror. Also it's "frameless" (i.e. there is no plastic lip around the edge - glass goes all the way to the end). It's possible that the mirror is overall larger or it's possible that perhaps the new mirror just slightly...

Update: mercifully the hard reset (pulled negative terminal on the battery) worked. It still took a few cycles of it not connecting, but eventually it worked. Seems to be working fine now. Phew.

I have a similar sound when I get out after shutting the Bronco off. Been doing it since new, so I have just assumed it's normal.

I've had the buckle up off-road with their Bronco letters for a little over a year and I'm very happy with it - no fitment issues and it has held up remarkably well. Very happy with it.

I have the ICON adjustable bar and it's a nice unit for the price. Also have a Terraflex relocation bracket. If your track bar is not level the bracket will do way more to stabilize the back end than the new bar will.

I've had mine installed since last fall and I have not noticed any "regression" or reversion. Agreed that the throttle response is nicely upgraded. I do not go into sport mode nearly as much now because of the better response.

Battery reset is probably worth a shot. I am loath to bring it to the dealer but may have to if that doesn't work. I'm hoping maybe there's something in Forscan I can do??

My DV8 box is basically sitting on the muffler. Box does not get hot. As I posted earlier I put a layer of gold heat tape on the bottom of the box (over DV8's shield). I have a hydraulic jack in there so I was also concerned about the heat issue. I've checked it after long drives and no issue...
