They certainly can be broken (I've broke one testing the strength) but really you'd have to be abusing this to break it. Key fobs are plastic and many people even have laminated grocery store cards on their key rings.
For what its worth I've kept one on my keyring for 2 weeks now and its been fine.
Crazy Ford dealers don't even have alignment specs yet.
Well for anyone else about to do a lift, you can ask an alignment shop to measure your Bronco before the lift so they can get it close to where it was after.
Track bar and panhard bar are the same thing.
Like calling a circular saw a skill saw.
Track bar makes more sense to me since it maintains the axles "track" whereas I believe panhard is or was a brand name.

Im printing these in PETG, its heat and UV resistance make it a good material for this application.
PLA has its applications but unfortunately it's not suitable for car stuff as you've found out. I dont print with ABS for heath concerns and its tendency to warp even in a heated enclosure.
If you're worried about rust just take the screws out, hit it with some black paint, and then put it back.
If you want to avoid paint you could even slap some generic grease on there.
I was referencing the request for Ford to give a storage option. Say grooves along the cargo area to hang the windows up in the cargo area and get them off the floor (and out of seats). Of course that idea doesn't work because the rear window is so long.
As far as storing the windows with the top down, where would you put them? This is something I wanted to tackle but couldn't think of a logical place to put that large back window.
While a tent would be fitting, I dont imagine they'd send us 22lb tents. The tent in my profile picture is around 5lbs. 22lbs is multiroom, stand up height territory.
Have to admit, the "hang in there" with a hammock is hilarious. And this sure is a lot of free gifts considering I've only given a $100 refundable deposit. 👍
Hi all,
I'm selling 3d-printed badges that mount on the cowl utilizing the Bronco bolts.
My idea is to help users find each other "in the wild." The username on the cowl can be searched on here to find that user's build thread, and thus what modifications have been done, or even simply follow...
Only vehicle I've owned that doesn't have this, the hood shakes going down the highway. Chevy actually put out a tsb to use the expanding foam to fix the issue lol
I know Ford's build and price is umm not accurate lol but I dont see where it says it's included. I'd clarify with the dealer that you do in fact have the 4k trailer tow option. Enjoy the ride, I think Ford did a great job with the Maverick.
IIRC the tow package gets larger coolers and a trailer brake controller. For the minimal added cost I think its worth adding even if you never tow.
Edit: double checked. The tow package gets you a transmission cooler, larger radiator, larger cooling fan, and deeper gear ratios. For $750 I'd say...
