Will the shocks bottom out before the axle hits the bumps or are the bump stops built into the shocks on these?
Keep in mind you'll be changing suspension behavior and likely won't like the outcome.
Also you'll want to lift the front match. 2" should be easily achieved though.

Just an idea, my explorer has a rear bumper with dual swingouts and a built in toolbox.
On a 2 door bronco, the extra storage from a toolbox bumper would be awesome. Can stuff a ton of crap in there so long as it can get dirty.
Water won't cause issues, it's the dirt and other crap in the water.
Down low is not ideal, and offroading is hard on all equipment. Regardless, a water crossing shouldn't kill your alternator. Just leads to an earlier death, as it does to multiple parts.

Kit will require (2) M5x30 cap head screws and (2) M5 nuts. I recommend using threadlocker on the screws to ensure they don't vibrate loose.
Assemble the kit by inserting nuts into the small locking bars. A dab of hot glue will keep the nut in place, just thread the screw in first to keep glue...

Yes but ABS sucks for printing. For sitting on the dash and being weight bearing, ABS, Nylon, and other more difficult materials are needed. PLA and PETG are unlikely to survive summer.
Ford would rather us deal with this than find a dealer that'll stick to a reasonable price. Anyone who found a good dealer can wait till this dealer sells broncos off the lot for a few years.
Id have to add sasquatch to get the HD front axle and locking front diff though. Those are key selling points to me. Mid package is sort of a why not once Im already at badlands.
All I know is my base sas build is only a few thousand cheaper than a badlands with mid.

Just checked my mastersheet of materials and turns out I dont have red of any shade in any material type. Probably need to fix that. If you can wait for red filament to show up on my doorstep I can make you one in red. I figure you'd get it one day next week pending disaster.
I tried the cupholder off the rear grab handles. Sitting in the sun all day it gets soft (PETG) and would drop anything heavy. PETG should be fine in other locations but right behind the window is too much IMO.
