Previously they were $2k less but this is the second increase I believe since they initially released them. I’m pretty sure there was $2K increase 6 months back but I might be wrong.
This is where I’m at with it too.
That’s what I have, Z plan. But to be fair I haven’t discussed it with my dealer directly. Not that they don’t know I have it, we’ve bought cars from them before with it and they’re friends of ours. But this is a different time and they haven’t offered it on...
I’ve had my build up on a tab for months and it was definitely the MY22 B&P. I know 2022 prices were increasing but I thought that already happened. Didn’t it?
Today my build went up $2K and it looks like it was added to the base price of each trim.
That was my complaint with Bronco Raptor. They’ve had full screen digital clusters for 4-5 years now on the mustang. There is no reason a $50k badlands should be without one. Ridiculous
From a dealer, they are required to sell a certain % of reservation orders to the original res holder or they will get their allocations cut. If they charge ADM and people back out, it’s going to hurt them.
The problem isn’t Ford. It’s the public.
As someone who works in manufacturing, most people do not understand the the sourcing and quality issues we are facing. Literally springs are getting pushed out 3 months because suppliers can’t get material. Parts we’ve never had issues with are coming...
Wouldn’t this bend the frame? Bronco is not rated for 6K lbs AND the force of power in that opposite direction at the same time.
Am I missing something here or did they possibly total their Bronco due to frame damage?
I agree - allocation is the only constraint and if you want a walk-in built quick to pick soft tops. I don’t think MIC is a constraint anymore but they built ahead of schedule on the softs when they did have a constraint so they might be quicker to build.
I have the tow package on mine and I’m a 3/28 build. But I think allocations per dealer plays into the constraints and I think that’s why I got it.
How do you find your production week? I just got an email with a VIN but the tracker doesn’t show a production date yet. Should I reach out to my dealer or does it take a couple weeks before you’re scheduled for the future?
Costco has those Instant Crates and they are really nice because they’re collapsible. I think I picked mine up when they were on sale for $10/15, normally $20 I think.
Sounds like I’ll be driving to Fairway Ford if I need work done. The automation in Tustin has terrible customer service and another dealer I went to in Orange just price gauges like crazy.
Doing better business leads to more business. In my industry we sell new at cost because the repairs are...
It’s most likely random add ons they plan to add to improve their sales. The Kia dealer near me has really cheap cars but then you read the fine print and they add $2K for BS add ons: $500 mud flaps (it’s SoCal it never rains here and there isn’t any mud…) $500 for wheel locks (this is the...
This is exactly the way to do it too. It fosters responsibility. I’m 25 and I know/met too many people who screwed up in college or didn’t understand the value of a dollar because their parents enabled them / paid for everything.
My parents could’ve paid for my college, they could’ve paid for...
