Well technically with an appropriate 3 inch lift kit 37x12.50r17 should clear really well with +18mm but if ure doing 38x13.50r17 gotta go more negative.
Oh wow -40mm and here I am worried about -12mm lol. I want to run 38x13.50r17 with AccuTune Stage 3 lift kit and Ride Shocks but not sure how it will do with 38s.
Man that looks amazing. If you don't mind me asking what was the wheel offset you used, was this a 12.50 or 13.50 wide 37, and what suspension lift kit did you use if any?
Anyone know when Toyo will release their next generation Mud Terrains or if there is any talk about this. From what I have researched the last time a Toyo MT was introduced was way back in 2006 even Nitto Trail Grapplers haven't been touched since 2009 either. I think the Yokohama Geolandar...
I wonder if these modern E rated tires have the same softness as the old D rated tires. I am assuming so because these should be designed for Broncos, Jeeps, and 4 Runners too not just trucks.
Well they are both E rated if ure looking for 37s, I have heard great things about Falken but D rated and they have a nice one in the 38x13.8r17 size that's D rated. Lookwise I love these RT Pros I just hope they are not too stiff in the size I want but I'm afraid they will be.
For an RT they look amazing, I wonder how they will be against the Falken RT01s. My only issue is that most sizes I want are E rated, as a matter of fact I don't even think they have a D rated tire. Hopefully the new E rated tires are the old D rated tires. I want the 37X13.50r17 size when they...
I hear you, and I don't trust it since the damn thing contradicts itself, but was just entertaining it. I listed all the things I am willing to do like crash bar removal, JKS kit, and rockslider trim and specified 37x13.50r17 and the fact that I am willing to go with the Hoss 3.0 steering rack...
When I asked why it kept saying assuming you want full articulation lock to lock without rubbing and if I will use the JKS kit and don't mind possibly trimming the rock sliders. When I suggested +6mm offset it said it may be too much and it can run the UCA and shocks in certain angles...
Well I asked it to give me the optimal wheel size and offset that is the most practical for properly clearing 37X13.50r17 tires in articulation and lock to lock in off camber off-road situations. No matter which tire I chose in 13.50 and if I assume JKS kit and all it always defaulted to -6mm...
Yeah, I'm sure those RT01s are solid tires can't go wrong with them. I was feeding some detailed info about upgrading the suspension lift to Chatgpt lol and no matter how I word it, the answer is the same, it is recommending -6mm offset wheels if running 37x13.50 tires for optimal off-road...
Oh wow man that's crazy so a 37 should be no problem at +12mm offset 17x9 wheels. Which 38x13.50 are you running and which lift kit and shocks are you using? Did you have to use the JKS kit and did you have to trim anywhere else besides the rock rails?
Makes sense, so if you go with 13.50 width tires, what is the most positive offset you could go with safely (rough estimateof course). I'm thinking 0mm or +6mm maybe, assuming proper 3 inch lift kit.
That's why I am so confused because Icon recommends 0mm offset with their lift kit when using 37x12.50r17 tires and Readylift recommends +18mm on their site, and I'm here sitting wondering what the offset should be for 37x13.50r17s on 17x9 wheels. I am assuming on a 13.50 width, it should be...
Looks like they have updated the chart as the old chart made no logical sense.
Looks like they updated this table as it didn't make sense.
