Agreed. Anyone who bought a Bronco for acceleration is simply barking up the wrong tree. Get a Rivian if you want a capable off-road vehicle that acclerates quickly...not many vehicles on the road beat 3 seconds 0-60 and I don't care what mods you make to a bronco, it'll never get there...
yes...I have a badlands so it has auto start...just want to make sure I order the proper blank....the link I put in above (and below) looks like the proper one but I need someone who has programmed one to comment that it is...help! lol...
Also, the center console thing is interesting as all you...
thank you....I was unaware that the factory batteries were now enough for a winch. I have no idea if the everglades has the same battery....if it does, that's all we need to know...
I do have the optima charger from my 4runner that had the Red in it. The charger can charge any battery, so I'm going to use it when the bronco may not be getting driven too often...
Thank you for all the great replies/info. The yellow optima is a direct replacement and my concern is that if/when I add a winch, the extra load would need more than the OEM battery. If this is not the case, then making a change now is not needed...
By no means do we need a new battery but I've had experience with Optima and like how they are the best for additional drain (like when I get a winch) and other electronic items. Has anyone here switched over or does anyone intend to once their OEM battery is done?
When the vehicle is locked and armed, does the LED blink red or does it stay a constant red?
Mine was installed at the dealership and is staying a constant red...not sure if this what it's supposed to do or if it's supposed to blink...
Thank you...
This looks quite good. I like how all the sensors/cameras function when you are done...nothing worse than losing functionality for expensive electronics.
So you give the buckle up off-road a thumbs up? In regards to reinforcement, how would you achieve this and would they say it isn't...
not familiar with the slipstream...I am getting the Ford Perimeter and LED put in. I will be ordering the tuffy, though...that just seems like a great item to have to keep things locked in.
It's all deterrents...a good thief can get into anything. The more difficult it makes it, though, the...
BTW, the perimeter sensor WITH the LED are going to be the best deterrent you can get...beyond that, a console vault, enclosed security from Ford or Tuffy will keep your items safe and locked in...
I don't believe so...once you walk away, the trunk locks, doesn't it? If you get into the vehicle unlawfully, you cannot simply unlock the trunk.
Correct me if I'm wrong?
I got the JTop...I have a buddy who has it on his Bronco...the fitment is perfect and it feels great. I cannot compare to other brands, but I can assure you the JTop is top rate...
I will be getting my bronco in the next few days...the JTop will be on it ASAP.
