It would be what everybody really wants in a REAL Bronco. It would be called a Basic model, and it really would be Basic: V8. Manual. Analog gauges. No screen on the dash. Manual windows and mirrors. Honest to goodness transfer case shifter stick. Real tailgate that opens down like a tailgate...

That's the New Bright 1/8 scale. It's pretty awful cheap Chinese plastic, basically throw-away kids' toy grade. The body has pretty good detail (but no tailgate handle), fits most 1/10 scale chassis with a 12" wheelbase. Front and rear led lights.

I look at it this way - whatever ADM I paid was worth it to be able to actually drive a Bronco (maybe not the one I ordered, but better). Plus, when (if) the Bronco I ordered so long ago does actually get built and delivered, I'll flip it for whatever ADM I paid for the one I'm driving and...
