  1. Bronco Toys, Diecast, RC

I usually disassemble the 1:64 scale and strip the paint off the body with Aircraft Stripper, clean it, rinse it, then prime it. Let the primer dry, wet sand it with 400 grit, then clean and dry again. Spray color coats thin to avoid buildup, runs, and sags. I add tiny detailing touches...
  2. Texas Center console - the whole thing.

WTB - Looking for a 2021/2022/2023 full size Bronco center console - the whole thing. Doesn't have to be perfect, can be from a wreck, flood, etc. If anyone knows of Broncos being parted out, let me know, please.
  3. You Know You Drive a Bronco When…

    * When you have to stop and fill it back up pretty much every time you drive it * When you actually pay attention to height restrictions in parking garages * When you don't worry about driving through the ditch when traffic is stopped on the highway * When you are pushing 8 psi boost and...
  4. Upper dash switch panel assy part number check

The "hero" switches/buttons on the upper dash (axle lockers, FSB disconnect, hazards, etc) - there are several different part numbers depending on what model/trim/options a particular Bronco has, since not all of them have all the buttons. I'm trying to verify the correct part number for the...
  5. 2 Door Bronco- small gas tank annoying?

Yes. I drive my Badlands every day, over 1,000 miles a month. Just about every time I drive it, have to stop for gas at some point. Fuel economy averages 18 mpg, which isn't great - but the engine is pushing an air-conditioned box with the aerodynamics of a barn door through the air at 80 mph...
  6. Hot Wheels Red Line Club Bronco diecast coming 2023

Or...you could build your own, for 99 cents and a little bit of work: OK, so the doors don't come off on mine..yet. Take about 10 seconds with a Dremel. How do you think I cut the top off? Roll cage is coat hanger wire.
  7. Texas 2022 Bronco 2 door Sasquatch V6/Auto Carbonized Gray fresh off the trailer

Sold. Wasn't trying to make a huge profit, but it was enough to pay for this:
  8. No wheel lock on spare

You could drill a hole though one of the bolts that secure the spare to the rear door, then insert the hasp of a padlock through it. Trouble is finding a padlock with a small enough diameter hasp that's strong enough to resist a good tug or a crowbar.
  9. 40-45K unfinished Ford vehicles will be awaiting parts through end of Q3 says Ford

I've got a 2 door V6 BaseSquatch for sale if anyone is tired of waiting on Ford....
  10. Time to convert to 2023MY! Mistakes made, if you could start all over, what would you do different?

If I could start all over? Well, I'd ask that cute girl out back in high school. I'd work my ass off as a teenager, save money, invest in Microsoft, Amazon, cell phone companies, bet on the US hockey team to win it all in the 1980 Winter Olympics...instead of going into the Army right out of...
  11. Texas Sold: 2022 Bronco 2 door Sasquatch V6/Auto Carbonized Gray fresh off the trailer

2022 Bronco 2 Door, V6/Auto, Sasquatch package, Aux Switches, XM Radio, removable hardtop, removable doors, back-up camera, power windows, power locks, Sync 4/Bluetooth/Wifi. Brand new, 12 miles on odometer. I was an original reservation/order holder, waited over 2 years for this Bronco to...
  12. Bagged and Body Dropped '69 Bronco

I wish I had been prescient (and rich) enough about 30 years ago to start buying up Broncos and Bronco parts before they started getting expensive. I'd build them all kinds of different ways - stock, street, trail, hardcore rockcrawler, prerunner, Trophy Truck, muscle truck, extended cab...
  13. Fuel milage has suddenly dropped

You leave the parking brake on?
  14. Tamiya releasing a 1/10 RC 2 Door Bronco

The $50 New Brite R/C from Walmart has a nicely detailed 2 door body, which fits 300mm wheelbase (1/10 scale) chassis like the SCX10 perfectly: Body was yellow with gray top. I scuffed, primed, then sprayed Rustoleum Cast Iron Gray, wet sanded with 1000 grit, then clear coated. Still need...
  15. United by Bronco dates announced for 2023....and it's in Texas!

Website says it's in Hurricane, Utah. :(
  16. First Look! ORACLE Lighting Oculus™ Bi-LED Headlights for 2021+ Ford Bronco

I like - looks much more like the original EB's front end. Now, if the front linkers can be recessed a little to look more like the '66-'67 blinkers, that'd be cool.
  17. Central Texas (Austin, San Antonio, New Braunfels, etc.) Meetup?

Cars and Coffee at COTA is HUGE, there's always several Broncos there - next one is August 28th. Get there EARLY, bring shade and a chair, and drinks. There's a large covered area near the middle of the parking lot where the food trailers are, we usually park just to the east of that. Come on...
  18. United by Bronco dates announced for 2023....and it's in Texas!

Where "in Austin"? Hidden Falls? Horseshoe Bay? The website doesn't mention anything about 2023 (yet), if you have any more details let us know. I'm in for it.
  19. Mysterious noises from Bronco when not running

It's just Ford remotely accessing your vehicle and pulling all the data from it - location, status, mileage, how fast you drove, where you went, how much you spent, etc. Nothing to worry about.
  20. What's your unpopular Bronco opinion?

4 doors just look wrong. Bad proportions, too much visually going on at the junction of the rear door/window/top/quarter panel. The "retro" Bronco script emblems are overdone. When the first guy or two put them their Bronco, it was interesting - now it's just generic and played out. Bigger...
