FINALLY showing (some) progress....modules have data, blend date a few days ago, says production date as yesterday - could it be? Is it really happening?

My daily driver for the last 10 years was a Pontiac G8 GT, 6.0L LS V8, suspension mods, slightly lowered. I loved the V8 torque, and the way that thing would stick through curves.
I figured the V6 in the Bronco would be weak, even with twin turbos, and the high center of gravity and 35"...
My 2.7 Badlands does kind of the same thing. It's hot down here in TX, so the A/C is always on, always in Recirc mode, fan usually on 1 or 2. Everything's fine for 30 or 40 minutes or so, then all of a sudden the breeze coming out of the vents is like a gale. Temp stays the same, lights on...

BASIC model with analog gauges, no screen on dash, no wifi, no backup camera, etc.
Save the money from all the electronic gizmos and use it for REAL hardware - better tie rods, reservoir shocks, beefier halfshafts, etc.
$40K or less.
It's not the size of the tire that determines the correct air pressure, lots of things go into what works best - bias ply or radial, load range, size of the wheel, beadlock or not, weight of the vehicle, wheelbase, track, center of gravity, front or rear, independent or solid axles, etc, etc...
