  1. Spare tire mount reinforcement kit now available from Ford Performance Parts

Yessir, used a cheap small hand saw to get the big chunk off (I think it was called a jab saw at HD?) and then dremeled to smooth it out. The instruction guide for the kit actually says exactly where to cut but it's pretty clear because of the plastic moulding
  2. ONLY 4-Doors *2.7L Results on MPG / 90% City

Almost 40k miles over here, average of 16 but that's come down from 17 over the past 2-3 months after getting new tires (Wildpeak AT4W @ 33 psi) and the FP tune. I'm assuming that current MPG is closer to mid 14s since the tires are so heavy
  3. Spare tire mount reinforcement kit now available from Ford Performance Parts

So funny to me that the instructions include the step where you have to dremel out the corner of the spare tire mount. It’s a good kit though! Been running the pieced together version from ordering the parts individually for over a year and have had no problems.
  4. Bronco Raptor OEM Tire Carrier / Hinges

Resurfacing this thread as I just found they sell it as a kit now for way less on the accessories site. https://www.ford.com/product/20212025-bronco-spare-tire-mount-reinforcement-kit-p4000200070
  5. 2024 Guage cluster. Can it become better?

Yeah I'm definitely taking the plunge on the 25 digital cluster swap once parts become available, fingers crossed it's more plug and play than the Raptor one!
  6. Ford Factory tune, over 500 miles, no warranty on the module.

Yeah the tune is awesome, the only part of me that hasn’t enjoyed it is my wallet because my mileage definitely went down after install because it’s fun to use the whole gas pedal. I bought mine from Lethal Performance for like $600 and did the install myself, super easy if you follow some...
  7. OTA Update 10.1.1 Enhanced Connectivity and Power Management

10.1.0 was an APIM update (the center screen) and 10.1.1 is a TCU (telematics module) update. It likely doesn’t have any user facing changes, I wouldn’t read into it too much
  8. Falken AT4W vs KO3

AT4/W over here, have about 2500 miles on them so far. Only one snow storm here in Denver so far and I didn't notice any poor performance, but it was also just on city streets. KO3s were definitely interesting but didn't want to jump up to E load range
  9. per Dealer: You can install the Ford Tune yourself. We don't do that and there is no requirement it has to be a dealer or ASE tech

Or just wait until you hit 36k miles  But yeah in all honesty installing the tune is so simple and not worth paying a dealer to do unless you’re concerned about any warranty related issues
  10. is tailgate reinforcement an immediate must have?

Supposedly Ford Performance is supposed to start selling the Raptor reinforcement at some point as a package but who knows when that will happen. Some of us have put it together in the meantime and it works well. The revised hinges are really the difference maker there, the plate isn’t anything...
  11. Bronco acts like headlights are on

Maybe try flipping it between the settings to see if that snaps it back after you reconnect the battery
  12. Bronco acts like headlights are on

Is the center screen going into night mode as well? There is a toggle in settings to be permanently in day or night mode, maybe it somehow got flipped?
  13. New, updated welcome screen?

The only way for him to update is with a $500 cable and an FDRS license. I just don’t think it’s necessary if he’s not missing anything šŸ¤·šŸ¼ā€ā™‚ļø
  14. New, updated welcome screen?

Oh wow you’re way out of date on software. Not missing a ton, I think the main thing is just full screen CarPlay/Android Auto. But obviously won’t hurt anything to be out of date
  15. New, updated welcome screen?

Correct, we’re not paying for it. But that’s how FordPass on your phone is able to connect to your vehicle if you set it up. As for the version, it’s in Settings -> General -> About SYNC I believe. Most recent version is 24XXX. You can also see if you’ve ever gotten updates by going to Settings...
  16. New, updated welcome screen?

Yeah blocking wifi won't do anything, the updates are all downloaded via the cellular connection in the vehicle. I assume they changed it so that it'll match the new digital gauge cluster on the 2025s
  17. FordPass App v5.0 Launched

New update just rolled out on iOS bringing home screen widgets, control center shortcuts, and trailer light check
  18. Lethal Performance ProCal Pricing

You all are welcome, I bought one at full price from Lethal on Saturday šŸ˜‚
  19. Bronco start up animation stopped displaying on 2021 Bronco screen

The outline on the blue background is part of the most recent SYNC software update (10.1.0) so whenever you receive that update it'll switch from the rolling rocks to the more modern and simple one
  20. 2025 Bronco Announced: New Standard Equipment, 12" Gauge Cluster, Rear Air Vents on 4-Door, Sound Insulation, Factory Matte Clear Film

I can’t wait, taking the dive on this project as early as I can once they start selling them via parts
