That’s interesting. Your situation is fairly unique (and congrats BTW) since most conversions are done for GT holders. But you definitely got the “right” email based on it being a modification of an existing order and not a new retail order.

If you're asking about the GG, it is rock solid, including with the cutting board extended. My wife and I use the cutting board all the time - cooking, making cocktails, sandwiches - made of bamboo so it resists cutting/scratching and it cleans up quite well.
