Exactly this. The cost is just insulting for what you’re getting. I swear Ford could sell “Raptor Dice” for your rearview mirror, and some people would HAVE to have them.
I recommend reading some threads on scheduling to prevent looking like an imbecile in future. BTW, Ford does not do scheduling every week - they batch weeks together. If that's too hard for you to figure out, then have a great time with your 2028 Bronco.
Well, scrounge up a few tens of thousands of dollars and find yourself a custom car outfitter. There is nothing off the shelf or commercially available from that build...it was a complete one-off.
Awesome. We'll be there. Saw you last year in Flagstaff (and bought Pak Rax for my wife's JLU Rubicon) and love your products. This year we're going to check out the new PNW venue and we'll be focusing on my soon-to-arrive Bronco!
That's interesting (and I hope it's true). Do you recall who the interviews were with? I've talked to several roof rack manufacturers that are waiting until they can take measurements off a production Raptor before they offer products for it, so there is apparently some doubt across the...
Maybe, maybe not. MIC top might be different to accommodate the new frame bracing. Modules in my mind will be somewhat different due to the Raptor's different dashboard electronics. There is not enough officially published detailed Raptor specs to declare that. If so, that's still only a 1%...
...is uninformed. What parts is my Raptor taking away from your Badlands? They have different engines, drivetrains, axles, tie rods, control arms, grills, wheels, tires, frame, tow package, electronics, head and tail lights, running lights, fenders, flares, hood, etc, etc, etc.
Instead you...
That makes sense...I'm just glad that some Raptors are beginning to be scheduled (as promised by Ford). When you say "dealer selected", are you referring to non-GT holders?
How does that explain the folks with Raptor orders (clearly Job 2, which starts week of 5/9) are seeing they've been scheduled using the back door link? They could not possibly have had April build dates...
