This is what jeep avoids by using a solid front axle. I think of all my old trucks, jeeps, FJ40, scouts and even older bronco's. A broken front axle would of never occurred to me to even be a risk.....

BS..... I owned three scout II's ( all 345 v8s as I recall ) they were indestructible. I even ran one out of oil after a grommet on the back of the oil pan let lose and pumped all the oil out. pulled over put the grommet back in, filled with oil and drove away. They were a simple design, easy...

Dear @Fordmotorcompany, the only thing you ever responded to that I posted was my code orange beauty rings.... you copied them.

My braptor is code orange so the color combo looks nice, I've had people compliment it at cars and coffee etc....

I really like the new design, there's no way to take off a spin on without oil running everywhere. I don't spill a drop with the cartridge. I also added a billet plug as the oil came out so fast that it would almost overflow the drain in the pan.

Mine has always been 5-8 degrees low, dealer didn't know what to do about it. I've been living with it, but maybe I will end up replacing it.
