I think it's only a matter of time before you're vehicle will track your driving and report. There's too much money to be made by the car manufacturers and insurance companies.
  5. Bronco Raptor Spark Plug help

Just did mine this week, it took about 40 minutes. The only annoying part was the foam cover on the pass side.... Makes me wonder why it even there lol... this was MUCH easier than my 12' raptor with two plugs / cylinder and the bottoms hidden behind the spring towers under the engine...

I bought a small winch and mounted it in the rafters of the garage and just use a couple of straps to hoist it up, works like a charm.

I leave mine on the "off road" display
  8. Which 37x13.5’s?

after careful consideration, I went with the nitto trail grapplers, I like the aggressive tread. They are fairly loud ( no surprise ) and they rub a little on the upper control arm when cranked all the way over due to the aggressive sidewall tread. They're also fairly heavy at 87 lbs so I have...
  9. VERY close on a raptor and have a few questions for those that own one

I LIKE the extra axle width, less body roll and more stability flying down rough trails or freeway cross winds. I've been in parking garages all over and never had a problem and that's with true 37's on, not the under sized BFGs. Whipple tuned, I should be in the high 400's hp. I've owned off...

either 2 door or 4 door, you have to cover the tires on the ends of those wide axles.... maybe not the best look but the axles are totally worth it for the stability and ride.
  13. Ford reveals "Bronco Off-Roadeo: Arches and Cliffhanger" Project Concepts at Moab

I gave up a long time ago trying to understand the decision making process ford follows with regard to what they will or will not build...... many of us would love to have a v8.. but nope, they've went out of their way to minimize the 2 door and now they show us these that they say they won't...

  16. Anyone take JTOPS mesh off/on frequently?

yea the velcro will peel, the sticky back needs to be replaced every few years. I remove the top at the end of the year so it's out of the way for winter.
  17. Possibility of Future Bronco Raptor R

There's alot to be said of the instant low end torque of a V8. Even more important is the simplicity of a naturally aspirated engine. We're all going to be replacing our turbos at some point. I have a gen 1 raptor with 208,000 miles, no engine issues EVER, runs like a top and accelerates to 60...
