I wanted to comment on the raptor axles. Some people seem to focus on the necessarily wide fenders, mine are metallic gray and match the rest of the truck pretty good in my opinion.
I have to admit though, when I look at my truck from the back she looks like she's got a fat a$$ lol... BUTT...
I've been running ko2s on my f-150 raptor for 13 years with no issues and I never had a problem with oems on my braptor either.... I didn't like that they are small though. I run nitto mud grapplers on the braptor now and like them.
Alot of people like to think with a lift kit and tires their base or what ever they have is as good as a roptor.....The raptor is a whole nother level.
- Yes, it has wider axles... this creates more stability. It corners like no other truck even the 150 raptor. more stability cruising down...
:) it was just a passing thought..... I used to have an FJ40 that had the diff and distributor vent lines connected to the air box etc.... with all the rain and flooding we've had lately it got me thinking....
You will NEVER see a V8 option for the bronco. Ford is doubling down on electric, they killed the edge to make room for a future electric platform. They just invest billions in the Tennessee plant....that ship has sailed at ford.
The raptor is a another level, one of the things that a lot of people overlook is the wider axles. not only do they make it handle better, its also A LOT less tippy on a windy day etc.... different frame what the sas has for a rear axle is on the front of the raptor.
I'm running the whipple...
