I should add too - I'm looking at using the Safariland QLS system so I can have a mount on my belt and a mount in the Bronco, which would let me transfer my gas-operated self-loading hole puncher from belt to truck without removing it from the holster.
This is one of the other options I've seen if you want it on the drivers side, brackets are from destertdoesit. https://www.bronco6g.com/forum/threads/daily-driving-what-addition-to-your-bronco-do-you-use-most.82953/post-2070658
I don't love the idea of having to buy a left-hand holster, might...
Depends on how crazy you want to get - I did Onion Creek which was easy but super scenic, and then went and played in the open dune areas a bit. Good opportunity for baja mode on the way to the dunes too.
Glad to see the cupholders. I wonder if they'll be on the MGV Bronco's as well.
Then the question becomes: Can I swap a '24 seat back into an earlier Bronco? You they'll start getting totaled as soon as they hit the streets. Would be cool to get one out of a salvage yard and get rear cupholders.
Do you have any plans to do anything similar for the roof, or has this made enough difference it doesn't matter? Awesome pic, can't imagine how much work that would be!
It's to see and experience things that are out of reach of the average person - thanks to my Bronco I've seen things like dinosaur tracks in Utah and old mines in Colorado, not to mention the endless desert and mountain views.
Yes, there's an implied risk of vehicle damage, injury, and life -...
This is kind of an adjacent topic - has anyone mounted a long gun in their Bronco yet?
Toying with the idea of something like this - though with a hard mount. Not a fan of the hanging MOLLE panels in thie pic. https://www.odsgear.com/product/leo-locking-rifle-rack-15-25-x-25in/
Yes absolutely - mostly for comforts sake. I'm mostly a newbie and my first two trails I did at highway PSI and about rattled my teeth out from how rough it was. I was also wondering why everyone seemed to be flying past me.
Next few trails I did I aired down to 18-20PSI and it was a world of...
Same thing I posted about earlier in this thread, apparently it's a feature, not a bug. https://www.bronco6g.com/forum/threads/can-someone-explain-our-hvac-system.84417/post-2091463
On my last long road trip, I noticed some really annoying behavior - I would just be cruising along with the climate control set, and the fan would spin up to the max speed blowing cold air - despite the setting be 2, 3, etc. The AC was already on but not set very low, only 70 or so. It would do...
I'm pretty unhappy with the trail app - I got it to "work" but had two major issues with it.
1. The trail on the app was nowhere near the actual trail in Mineral Creek (Ouray, CO). I was so far away from the trail that I had to flag someone down and ask what trail I was on, since there was no...
I was in Moab for the first time a few weeks ago, and recently saw this sad news on all the groups and boards. Just joined for the first time. Get em, BRC! 💪
