Sorry, I guess I misunderstood when you said “Your pic is correct.” I thought you were saying the way my headlights are acting is correct, not that the pic I posted was showing the correct behavior.

The pic I posted is not mine. That’s from the Form website. My headlights have all four projectors on for both the low beams and high beams.

It’s been a week since I reached out to Form, and I haven’t heard anything back. Their site specifically says not to reach out more than once, but do you have any inside connections that could help me get in touch with them?

I hadn’t heard of that as an issue (though I can’t honestly say I’ve looked into it).

Yes, it’s very noticeable. I’m waiting to hear back from Form on whether I can get a refund or at least a replacement.

Yes, there are three bolts total. A top and bottom bolt facing the rear of the vehicle, and one on the lower side behind the trim/fender flare. All three lined up fine during my installation. It just threw me off when I saw the clips were there but didn't actually seem to clip into anything.
