4/3 reservation so I have no qualms that mine is most likely going to be a MY23. My question is when would order banks open up for those? May 2022 or later? With I would assume a Nov/December delivery?

At least here in the Asheville/WNC area, we all avoid Asheville area dealers for the same reason. You can go to Atlanta/Greenville/Knoxville/Tri-Cities and get much better deals than the WNC dealers.
I believe the 165k number was unique reservation holders. So you only count once if you are holding multiple reservations. Not that it changes much, but I think that should be noted.
