I think a diesel should outperform a gasser if it costs more. Exactly the reason I own a 6.7 Powerstroke and not a 6.2 gasser. Not to save a couple gallons of more expensive fuel just to spend that money on DEF, fuel filters, and $100 oil changes.
Because Ford offers turbo gassers that significantly outperform the diesel for less money. The diesel mileage doesn’t save any money after you pay for more expensive fuel, DEF, and the engine itself.
If Ford would’ve gone with something in the 4.0-4.5L range with 300-350hp I think they might...
I was already fully aware of how the Raptor wheels work. We don’t even know that the Bronco wheels are bead lock “capable” and they are clearly not bead locks as shown.
But yeah, I could probably ease up on the abrasiveness. The Bronco does look good Hopefully it performs too.
I takes more than 12 bolts to lock a bead. They might be “bead lock capable” or they might be completely fake, but those are not bead locks. Neither one.
Already got that Bronco.
Gonna take more than big tires to claim victory over Jeep. For all we know the Bronco will articulate like the Everest.
Let’s stop declaring it a winner until we actually see it do something.
I can’t understand how anyone would want that engine. More expensive to buy, more expensive to operate, more to to fail, and less powerful than the 2.7.
That’s my point. There is little difference between these shots and the last ones except big tires, yet everyone acts like we’re seeing something new here.
I just put 315/70R17 C range BFGs on my F-150. The shop didn’t report any balancing issues and they seem fine to me. Much better than the hard as rock Toyos I replaced.
