  1. Do you call your Bronco a car or truck?

I've always had sedans so with this being my first body on frame vehicle I say truck. But just Bronco works too.
  2. Ultimate Badlands Non-Sasquatch pics thread

    Yep, best wheel option offered!
  3. Bronco owner vandalizes Moab rock during Bronco Safari; UBC helps with restoration

Burnt rubber bits and skidmarks, gasoline fumes, dripping oil and fluids, unseen contamination of foreign dirt/bacteria/disease being tracked in to a new environment, all to even get to these remote locations... versus a local rock scratched another rock How ridiculously divisive this topic is!
  4. Bronco owner vandalizes Moab rock during Bronco Safari; UBC helps with restoration

Thank you! All I could think of while reading this petty banter. Do off-roaders put every piece of gravel back in its place when they're done?
  5. Low power from a dead stop

I don't get how OP just noticed this 9,000 miles in. Did your driving habits or anything else change?
  6. Low power from a dead stop

While I haven't experienced this, you could try pulling the fuse for the ECU/fuel map for a few seconds. Sorry, I don't know the fuse number or location. It may reset all back to stock parameters. It's helped previous vehicles I've owned when the computer nerfs itself down too much for economy.
  7. Sunglass storage alternatives?

I've had this cheap thing for a while, clipped around one of my driver side roof panel latches. Works great and magnetic. https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B09SPMR3PH
  8. Is the B&O really that bad?

I have the B&O and I don't think it's the worst system. Also understandably it's not the best. I came from a Lexicon system in a Genesis G70 that was really very good at a flat EQ. The B&O is hollow when turned up to or over level 18 for me. I have the B&O's treble set at 1 mark negative which...
  9. Is the B&O really that bad?

Awesome phones, I'm sure. I've got some Schiit dacs and amps with a Sendy Aiva.
  10. Is the B&O really that bad?

What kind of headphones setup do you have? A good speaker is one that satisfies at a flat EQ.
  11. Tow Hitch Install

I hear that, going with Ford's option means it all works together as it should. Good luck with wiring!
  12. Tow Hitch Install

I also heard the harness wiring is no fun to install. What do you plan on towing? I just installed a Curt #13493 hitch which was easy but does not have a plate or area to mount an electrical connector. I only plan to hook up cargo brackets, bike racks, and maybe a very basic trailer with no lights.
  13. Could the 2024 Bronco be getting this screen from Ranger Raptor?

Part of the argument for vertical orientation is that all touch points of the screen can be more easily reached by the driver's seat. Also seems natural to be looking up at the road and then down at the dash, so vertical :)
  14. My portable "winch in a box" (better than nothing) creation

Not official documentation, but here are the two Matts discussing and dissecting these kinetic ropes. MadMatt 4WD's channel gets more into the meat of the conversation. Apparently they can take 200 hits which is a great value for the money, just higher upfront cost. You can get a pair of soft...
  15. Hood deflectors - worth it?

Here are some pics of mine after a little rain. Water pools in low spots and cavities just like anywhere else on any other vehicle. Is it worth $80 to help with windshield protection? Yes. Is it dumb that the Bronco needs this $80 disposable stick-on every 3-5 years? Yes.
  16. My portable "winch in a box" (better than nothing) creation

Very cool, OP! Nice design and engineering. If it works, it works, but I did come here to say "RhinaChina"!

  18. 2.3L 7MT — lurching/stuttering in low gears between 2-3k RPM

I just had this lurch happen again on me, but it has been so infrequent after turning off the hill assist that I can't recall when it happened last. It occurred after the truck had sat for 2 hours, engine temp at 140F, and while accelerating in first. If this only happens once every 3 months I'm...
  19. Circles in back windshield…

I have suction cup marks on my front windshield and have not been able to get them off either. My Bronco was built during the windshield recall dates and all this time I assumed the marks were leftover from that fix, didn't think that it could have been from the factory assembly!
