All these laws protecting stealerships are hilarious to me. Anti Tesla in Texas, AZ laws to use local dealer. Has anybody ever followed the political money? I happen to know with high certainty that any functioning dealership is generating large profit margins for its owners. Why are we...
Spotted at Barret Jackson...
That interior leather trim, I think an entire steer was slaughtered just to kit it all out... I think this is only meant to be driven from your villa to the country club parking lot and back...
Got a loaner bronco SPORT and holy cow its an affront to BRONCO"S old and new everywhere to have that title in its name. Not trying to inflame anybody. But that rear seat? For kids?? And the driving experience and cockpit. Bears zero resemblance to full size Bronco. My question is thinking back...
I actually do. As a cyclist, it's been commented on before. Ford trying to make me more sensitive to this weird quirk. I don't look disproportionate but the numbers don't lie...
I try messing around a bit with it...
I have manual seats in my Badlands and as far as I can tell have the seat "lowered" it as low as it goes and it still makes it hard to see the very top of the screen because of the lip above the screen obscures it. I'm 6'0" so hardly think this makes sense. Anybody else deal with this?
Did I miss somewhere that I need to somehow wipe down the inside of the car (especially up at the MIC hardtop) to remove as much loose fiberglass shards? Anybody else deal with this? I ran my hand along the area above the visor where it meets the hard top and learned the hard way that I have a...
B&O system. The swapped the bad DSP out for a new one.
Of course it was intermittent and the dealer wasn't convinced at first but managed to bring it in when it was actively happening. He said the Lincoln's have been doing this lately. Sounds like a part suppliers quality is lacking.
And I am...
I’m going to ask a stupid question. But never owned a vehicle with spare tire mounted on the rear. Anything I need to think about going through a car wash?
Have done a little more testing. The noise keeps recurring. Independent if phone is paired. Independent of audio system. If you turn audio off it keeps going full blast. It will turn off after about 5-10 minutes. I assume when the car goes to sleep finally. Not related to a certain door opening...
my issue is my garage threshold height will NOT allow a Rack AND a box on top. Barely will fit a ski rack on the rack. So the ski's will go inside the cargo area. But I don't like them sliding around. I need a better way to secure them in there. Ideas?
Its happened three separate times in a week of driving the new vehicle (its 7 days old to me) and took it to the dealer. They can't reproduce it. Just say "sorry". I said the vehicle is NOT drivable because the intensity of the noise when it happens. I asked if they checked with Ford. They said...
So had to figure out how to factory reset the vehicle as it was just sitting there parked all off with the speaker blaring away. I had to do it twice as it came back quickly after the first reset. Of course lost all of my settings... Strange thing.
Not at all. It’s just the left front dash speaker. And it stays on when I shut and lock the door. Everything is “off”. Except that speaker blaring away.
I have a full sized Australian Shepherd and Large Mini Shepherd. Wondering how the marine vinyl trim has been holding up to pet owners Vs. is there a pet protection mat for just the 40 rear fold down seat. (they don't like to jump all the way up to the seats all the way down but to the regular...
Also, from one Durangatain to another. I'll look for your Bronco on the road, at a trailhead or ski parking lot... I'll be in the cactus gray.
Currently still driving to trailheads to bike and to ski parking lots. Usually it's one or the other for me. So trying to decide which way to go. Oh and...
