Good luck. It's a process to hunt these things down. I had a '89 Bronco that had a solid fiberglass rear top that leaked when from the day it was delivered...Ford eventually replaced it and all was good but it took some time and pain to get there.

Sorry to see that. Is the dent pushing out on the hood? If so, something left inside the engine bay that pushed up on it when closing the hood? Either way, both the hood dent and hood alignment will get taken care of together when the dealer presumably replaces the hood.
