Thanks for the input. The antenna I ordered is similar to the ghost antenna only it is non ground plane. I plan to mount it in the driver ditch light location.

Update: I tried many different location in and out of the Bronco looking for a spot the antenna likes. I tried hood, winch plate, many horizontal bolt heads, all around and finally found this spot (see pic). On the tail gate hinge the SWR measures 1.8. Everywhere else it was 2.5 or worse. I am...

So I mounted the FP winch on my capable bumper. Are you saying FDRS won't let me update the RCM if it knows I have the capable bumper?
