Sad to see these, and definitely one of my biggest fears. Especially when my wife and dogs are with me. looks like the Bronco held up well and protected the passenger compartment.

I am still having this issue, with a Base Bronco and modified LED kit. checked my ground, grounded the red and white wire together. @VoltageDrop or@budgetbronco any suggestions?

Maybe a bad ground? I’ll have to mess with it some more.

I’m curious how this test is on the Sasquatch without the crash bars. OP, really sorry about your Bronco. I can tell that was a serious hit, and I know it would never be the same afterwards.

Mine arrived with the hood still color sanded and not polished. The dealer sent it to a body shoot and I picked it up a couple days later, looks perfect now. It would be impossible for someone at Ford to not see the unfinished paint job.

@Rick Astley also.. They’re a universal fit product. Not model specific. It’s just a set of self tapping screws. I know how to use those, but would like to know where other people have drilled into so they get a good hold and clean install.

Here’s my Anytone dual band install so far. I’ve only mounted it and will be wiring it up tomorrow. The mount is held in place using the bolts in front of the cup holders, I removed the little metal Bronco plate and put it in the glove box for safe keeping. I might re-mount in another location...
