Yah, tent being 140 lbs, plus mounting hardware, you are looking at 30% over the dynamic weight limit. Even though 30lbs doesn't sound like a lot, 30% is... And IMO, the bigger issue may be hardtop structure integrity. Heck, the MIC hardtop is already delaminating and have poor fit and finish...

Ah, forgot about that. That's pretty crazy (in a bad way). I actually never thought about that... Total trailer weight limit is 3500, and tongue weight limit of 350. Assuming 12.5%(split 10-15%) of the trailer weight being the tongue weight, that's a realistic trailer weight of 2800lb..... Peter

How so? loaded trailer being 3800lb would mean tongue weight is 400-450lb range. How would that immediately push it over the payload on the bronco? Genuinely confused about this. Peter
