I see King Shocks already available for the new Bronco. These are internal bypasses, in the video, which would be very nice to have if they really get them dialed in. A couple places already offer new upper A arms, which could go with the current King Shocks offering for a pretty nice package...
Heck, there's already videos. I'm looking forward to doing it. At our 4x4 club meetings, and sitting around the campfire, we rag on each others rigs and builds all the time, part of the fun. Guess I really shouldn't be surprised at all of the snowflakes around here, considering the wide age...
My dealer said they won't go over MSRP. I have no price agreement with them at all, other than them saying that. I'll get a final price when I go to pick it up. I'm not concerned, I worked there for 15 yrs as a sales manager and know them all. I'll see what mood the boss is in at that time and...
Yeah, High Sierra Poker Run was just cancelled due to the closure. Still kinda hot to go to the desert. I'm headed to Sand Hollow UT for a week Sept 20, stopping at Nevada Off Roadeo on my way, the 19th.
It's printed out and has their name on it. You're good. Assuming it's in your order file, and you have a copy, and you have a verbal agreement documented on the purchase agreement. They won't back out of that.
The catch can is for gas engines that are direct injected. The issue is that since the gas is injected directly into the cylinder the blowby oil from the crankcase that is routed into the intake can cause a carbon build up on the back of the intake vales, since there is no gas to wash it off...
He's not going fast enough. I have three reasons to get a 2dr rather than a 4dr. One is the cool nostalgia of the 2dr look. Another is the better ground clearance and breakover angle of the shorter wheelbase, better for the wheeling that I will do. And last the 2dr is within .5" of the XJ's that...
You know, I've given up on organizing big events, let the younger guys do it. However, it will be really cool the first time there's a Bronco event that a bunch of us can go to and meet each other and laugh and remember bullshit conversations from the Bronco forum.........once we get our...
Yep. Spent a ton of money to make a Jeep, with a Bronco body. Oh well, if you have money to burn, and would rather have a Bronco Jeep rather than a Jeep or a Bronco. Folks keep talking about how it will work, seriously, it's not about how it will work, it's about the novelty. He could have had a...
Wish I was around for that, who knows what I've had done. :ROFLMAO:
Not trying to beat a dead horse, but I guess I am. The whole SAS thing for this old timer is that, even though mr what's his name wants to imply that I really don't know what I'm doing because I didn't know SAS stood for...
Good video on this product. This step is mandatory for me getting the Bronco. We had measured the door sill height and thought we were ok, compared to the Jeep, but when we actually tried he getting into a SAS Bronco we found the seat is much higher relative to the door sill height, so harder to...
Also depends on if you also need them to be rock sliders. If so, only thing that appears to be out there is Rock Slid Engineering. I will need a set of those so my wife can get in the Bronco.
Only answering because you asked, not interested to keep this thing going. I've clearly said what my perspective and experience are and why I think what I think. We are all free to have our own opinions and perspectives.
To answer your question, an Xterra is not a good wheeling platform...
OK, I haven't apologized enough yet for this monumental blunder? Please, forgive my absent mindedness. BTW, are you aware that on a new Bronco forum SAS means Sasquatch package? And the term SAS'd has already been used many times by people to describe lifting a non factory SAS Bronco? However...
Just clarifying that no, SAS package does not come with any skid plates. Front skid comes with the Mod bumper, the rest come with whatever model level was ordered. Base 2dr has gas tank, Base 4 dr does not.
BTW, that is pretty interesting that 2dr has the tank skid and not the 4dr, wonder what...
