For clarification sake: you say that you tapped off the factory sub harness. Did you have a factory sub? Or is there a sub harness on the head unit whether you have a sub or not?
I did not have a sub on my 2022 non-B&O. I currently have tapped the rear pod inputs.
I would dump it. I love my Bronco but it would not be worth the hassle you have gone through.
Also, stop hoping it will get better. It won’t. Move on to another Bronco or another vehicle.

I do two things in the summer. I place a 2” foam mattress between my soft top and Bimini top. This greatly reduces the temp in the cabin. I also use the beaded seats. This works wonders for the MGV induced butt sweat. My wife loves the beaded seats.
