The thing about cloth seats is when you do sweat you leave sweat stains on the cloth and of course the cloth soaks up all your sweat - that’s a nice thought every time you sit in your car.

I have the MGV, 7MT, ceramic coating on the windows, soft top and use a windshield shade. For me the MGV is a bit ‘swampy’. It just doesn’t breathe. Don’t know if I would trade it out for cloth because cloth has its own drawbacks.

Installed the Oracle third brake lights. Glad to get rid of the Ford third brake light. I didn’t like it sitting on top of the tire.

We are going to UP the first two weeks in October. Leaving from Texas so it will be a 20hr drive. Thanks for the write up.

here’s a pic of my recent install. I do have a question. The 22MY soft tops came with brackets installed in front of the soft top brackets (I think they are for a hard top in case you get one). Should I remove these brackets? I think they do make the Bimini top pucker a bit.

I changed out the kick panels with the Memphis MJP6 woofer before I put the sub in. I think they sound great and really anchored the sound stage. The sub rounded everything out and made the sound better but I could have lived without it.
