  1. $95k??

If you want to get screwed royally, THAT is your prime opportunity. Look at that asshead's ebay feedback.... its all from buying stuff, never a seller. Now he's selling a $95k vehicle...unhuh, sure. Add to that that he can put as many as 500 miles on your truck, assuming you can find him to...
  2. Will you stick around ... ?

Perhaps but not as often, that’s for sure. First off, just about anything you want to know can be learned first hand from the Bronco in your driveway or the owners manual in your hand, (assuming you RTFM). Second, I’ll be out driving, climbing hills, exploring valleys, and visiting gas...
  3. SYNC 4 Complete Tutorial with a 12" screen

    it’s 1,295 x larger than an 8ā€ screen….we know that!
  4. NORTH EASTERN AND MID ATLANTIC TRAILS

Thanks to everyone who posted links! I live in Illinois and ā€œan off-road trailā€ out here is a gravel driveway to a shopping center. 😬 I am originally from PA where trails can be quite exhilarating.
  5. Cup Holder Poll

Next thing will be a survey "are you satisfied with only 5 tires on the vehicle" You say cup holders, I say don't give a rats ass.
  6. How do you guys think MGV will hold up over Time VS Leather ? ? ? ?

I think your dealer rep is a knucklehead. 😁 It seems pretty clear from the Bronco order guide, page 2, that the high and lux packages are in ADDITION to the mid and high packages. Since heated seats are in mid package, then it’s included in the rest. I think you need to tell your dealer to...
  7. Destination Fee

It's a Its a similar argument to electric and gas bills for your home. They break out delivery charges separate so that the consumer can see the true cost of the resource and not be influenced by the inherent cost to deliver it to their household, (ie: logistics, infrastructure costs, ongoing...
  8. So why do I need a hard top?

It's more than about the noise, it's about the wind and pressure changes. Since you are from the Chicagoland area, Try driving down 39/51 (north/South road) at 65/70 on a windy day with a soft top and the answer will be more than apparent, especially when an 18 wheeler flys by you. Windows...
  9. Crippling Indecision Discussion

I posted this on a similar topic on BN but it seems appropriate here as well. Deciding on which Bronco to order has been more difficult than deciding to get married years ago. So the machinations began with BB, BD, OBX, and BL. START===> I always liked the BB because of the cloth seats and...
  10. Crippling Indecision Discussion

Seems like you have overlooked the obvious choice in your consideration: Big Bend which can be configured with Area 51 and very close to the base. Yeah, it's a little more but you said cost isn't an issue.
  11. Anyone prefer the smaller tire look?

There’s something else going on in that picture. If you use a scale, the width of those two ā€œBroncosā€ are different. I know they are preproduction but it’s almost like they are two different models altogether. Point is, it’s more than tires affecting your perception in this specific image.
  12. Quiet 35 inch tires ?

Thanks for posting that about Nitto Terra Grapplers. I’ll store that little tidbit away for future reference. That is my biggest concern with getting the Sasquatch package because 70% of the time I’ll be driving on roads. Interesting how similar the tread pattern is to the OEM Sasquatch tires...
  13. Tear Down Videos - Taking Apart the 2021 Bronco (Car and Driver, Motor1)

I think I heard what I thought you said but I am not quite sure that what I heard is what you meant. 🄓
  14. “Bronco wave”

Wow, somebody has their undies in a bunch. šŸ˜…
  15. Tear Down Videos - Taking Apart the 2021 Bronco (Car and Driver, Motor1)

Remind me to never loan my Bronco to these guys….
  16. Current commodity lists

2.3L with auto is my preferred build. After reading multiple reviews of the 2.3L's performance, its apparent that it's nothing to sneeze at. In addition, the 2.7L is only 40hp stronger. At $1895 premium for the 2.7L, that's $47 per HP. However, the real deal breaker for me with the 2.7L is...
  17. Changing your own oil?

I don't know about you, but I take my vehicle to Ford and pay $39 for "The works" package. They change the oil, replace the filter, rotate the tires, inspect the brakes, check the condition of the battery, and fill all the fluids, no appointment necessary. In addition, when I take it back to...
  18. This is not a cup holder!

I know. Who gives a rat's ass? If you have passengers in the vehicle, that's their job... hold my drink. Next.
  19. Is the 12" screen really an upgrade we all want?

There is a video tutorial on sync4 in another forum that is helpful in understanding the 12" screen. (view it here: Deep Dive on the Sync4 System - complete tutorial video ) If you connect the dots between that video, the Bronco Packaging guide, and the Bronco Quick reference guide then you...
  20. Front trail camera, wireless Apple Car Play?

Just an FYI... according to the Bronco packaging guide wireless Apple car play is included in the base as well. Apparently it is a functionality associated with Sync4 which all Broncos come standard with.
