Yes, the bronco can put the windows down with the key fob. My vote is you bumped unlock and didn't know it.

The diagrams above are for parking lights. I can snap a pic of the diagram for DRL. Was just thinking parking lamps was a more desirable method to connect backlights.

The bumper has an upward curve. The bracket doesn't account for the curve. Mine do the same thing. However I don't mind the curve and have not had issues with oncoming traffic.

It's the key code for wired keypads. While the ecu has a code, there is no wired keypad on the bronco. The keypad available is wireless and acts just like a key and programs like a key.
