  1. Proper grounding ?

If it's a big existing ground it could be fine. You're just making a connection to the chassis so if the bolt is big enough to accept your wire and associated terminal, it should be fine.
  2. Idle Sounds (Weird?)

    DI engines all sound ticky.
  3. Proper grounding ?

Try to use factory grounds if one is available. If not make sure all paint is removed in the area of your ground, otherwise you don't have one, or you have a poor one at best.
  4. Base audio front speakers how many amp channels

I went bi-amp on the kicker key up front and left the rears on the head unit.
  5. Time to lower the road noise / NVH sound level - my DIY sound deadening material install project

I did vinyl and noico sound deadening in my 1966 Mustang. It's still an ongoing project but it definitely sounds and feels more solid. I haven't had glass in it since we did the floor, roof, and side panels but I already feel it was worth it. No rattles from the sub either and in a car that is...
  6. Kicker Key Amp 200.4 Install DIY Video - Do this first!

As long as you're uniform it doesn't matter, if you have one side swapped you'll be running the speakers in opposite directions and basically cancelling them out. The black line wire is always the negative.

  8. Kicker Key Amp 200.4 Install DIY Video - Do this first!

I used this harness: https://www.crutchfield.com/p_541LPHFD31/PAC-LPHFD31-LocPro-Advanced-T-Harness.html A lot cheaper if you can do your own splices and hookups.
  9. Wife’s EG 2 door. magnums installed

Table is installed, and while I didn't take pics because it's freezing and was outside from 2 to 8 yesterday washing and installing, her kicker key is in. It's set up bi-amp running only the fronts and has done an amazing job making the system more listenable.

Yeah, we'll definitely go back since we couldn't see anything! Fun ride though. Got to use the hill descent feature going back down and it was nice, stayed in 4a the whole time, didn't need anything else.

    Georgia Bronco

Took up trip up FSR630 to Lake Conasuaga saturday. Was too foggy to see anything but it was really more a trip to get off-road and test her out. Got absolutely filthy but a couple hours with the pressure washer and she was fine.
  12. Kicker Key Amp 200.4 Install DIY Video - Do this first!

I installed ours last night. Front channels only, bi amped. Mine is run with a power wire to the battery and using a factory ground under the hood. Once I realized I needed to fade forward so the stupid rears wouldn’t ruin the test the auto setup ran perfect. fyi to anyone running bi amp with...
  13. Installed our tailgate table last night

I’ll check with a magnet but by weight I’d say it’s steel. Used it this weekend for lunch on the trail and it worked great. it does rattle off-road but then so does a lot of stuff in the truck.

  16. 1st outing fsr630 to lake conasuaga

We came up to our vacation house in north Georgia so we could enjoy some off-road action. I used Gaia to make the path, using forest service road 630 to the lake, and then conasuaga lake road out. it’s been raining from the tropical storm so not a great day, as we got higher it got foggier and...
