  1. Sorry - but I have a MIC top vs. Painted top question for someone who has had Both.

That's correct, the panels do not work with the current painted top design. My 2025 painted top appears to be an updated version of the MIC design, but far better sealed. I'd reach out to Hot Head... I wouldn't be surprised if he's working on a version for the current painted top. I'm very...
  2. Sorry - but I have a MIC top vs. Painted top question for someone who has had Both.

I have a 2025 OBX with the painted top. The top is an updated version of the original design, far better sealed than the MIC top on my 2023 Badlands. I don't get any wind noise getting through the seams. (It is not the most current design with the white inside) But, I have made in much...
  3. HD Radio missing in your Bronco? Here's a Workaround

Just took delivery of a 2025 OBX with Lux. HD Radio has to be enabled in the Radio settings.
  4. 2023 2.3 AC just died - advice needed

Update: My Bronco has a failed transducer that's not engaging the AC clutch (their words). Thankfully the part is available and I should be back on the road Monday.
  5. 2023 2.3 AC just died - advice needed

Mine has only 37K miles. Thankfully I bought an extended warranty from Grainger. AC was working great, then died. Hope to know more soon.
  6. 2023 2.3 AC just died - advice needed

Yes, it will get scheduled tomorrow at the dealer. Just curious if there's something simple I should look at and avoid making the trip.
  7. 2023 2.3 AC just died - advice needed

The AC in my 2 door 2023 Badlands just quit working, blows hot air. Before scheduling a repair at the dealer is there anything I can check on my own? I did push all the fuses down to ensure they are seated. Is there a specific fuse for the AC? I've searched but not found it. Appreciate...
  8. Recently Received Sync Update 6.2.0 on my 2024 Ford Badlands Bronco

I hope they've fixed CarPlay, it used to be rock solid. Now it works some days, not so much other days.
  9. I got scammed!

Did you read my post? I took full responsibility. I just don't want anyone else getting scammed. I'm looking out for everyone else. That was the whole point of my post.
  10. I got scammed!

I did "Friends and Family", which I've done dozens of times without issue. Refund is not an option. Again, lesson learned.
  11. I got scammed!

Thankfully it was "only" $650. Not a small amount but it could have been worse.
  12. I got scammed!

I've been scammed by a fellow member on this Forum. I set up a deal to purchase his shocks, I sent the money and he ghosted me. In hindsight all the warning signs were there but I did not do my usual due diligence. Lesson learned. I want this POS banned from this forum before he can scam...
  13. Bronco Team 2 door.

Quilcene WA. Olympic National Park, Buckhorn Wilderness.
  14. WTB: Fox shocks from Wildtrack

Looking to purchase a set of Fox Shocks for my 2 door Badlands. If you have a set of take-offs from your Wildtrack 3.0 HOSS I'm interested. Thanks.
  15. HOSS 3.0 Fox shocks installed on Bronco Badlands Non-Sasquatch (photos, impressions, details)

Wish I had gone with the Fox on my 2 Door Badlands. The 6112 Bilstein's are not much better than the stock shocks. Looking for that "plush" ride off road.
  16. Rear suspension harsh on SAS… any fixes?

    Are the coils sold separately?
  17. Rear suspension harsh on SAS… any fixes?

I'm ambivalent on the 6112 on my 2 door Badlands. I drove a 4 door with the 6112 and the ride quality was excellent, doing great job absorbing the poor road conditions without the choppy ride. Can't say the ride is much better given the $3000 cost to swap out the suspensions. I also learned...
  18. Swapped Goodyears for KO2s - noticeably worse ride quality

Replacing my OEM KO2 tires Tuesday with FALKEN WILDPEAK A/T3W tires. Sticking with the stock size. They are a 2-ply, C load range. TireRack sales associate said they'd ride much better than the KO2. Fingers crossed.
  19. Swapped Goodyears for KO2s - noticeably worse ride quality

I think tire opinions are largely based on the quality of roads folks drive on. I live in a urban environment where the concrete panel roads are hammered by buses on a daily basis. The road is broken up and the KO2's can't absorb even the most minor imperfection. Makes for a fatiguing ride...
  20. Swapped Goodyears for KO2s - noticeably worse ride quality

I replaced the stock suspension with Bilstein 6112.
