We can make this kit for you with a Fox or King 2.0" diameter bump stop also if you wanted that. The ADS bump stop is 2.125" diameter so slightly larger for a little more help due to the bigger piston inside, but all 3 brands will get the job done. The kit includes the hydraulic bump stops...
the lift collars only add preload to the existing spring and it doesnt move the whole shock / spring assembly down at all to get the lift. The leveling kits that install above the top of the shock to push the entire shock assembly down are the ones that cause problems. They let the suspension...
yes that should work. Im not sure on how high, we tested all of ours with our billet upper control arms and didnt go back to the stock upper arms so not sure on that one.
No the only settling is if the live valve shock isnt releasing yet after installing and getting them fully extended. but no the springs with that short of a collar on them dont normally have a settling issue.
No we didnt see any settling in really in our testing. do you have more stuff in the rear that would add weight back there? Did you drive it enough for the live valve shock to release after install? should only have to drive it around the block for that to release.
We have test driven with the tallest lift versions and its very difficult to notice any difference even with the tallest option. it may be a tiny bit stiffer with the tallest ones. the 1" and 1.5" you couldn't tell any difference at all.
Perhaps our new Bronco plus 3 wider kit would be a better option for you then trying to adapt the Bronco Raptor stuff to a regular Bronco. The frame mounts and geometry is way different.
our Bronco mid travel kit is 3" wider per side. with heavy duty fabricated lower arm, fabricated or billet...
Yes ours work with the factory stock wheels.
Are you talking about regular base bronco? those arms dont look like the Bronco Raptor arms. We make the billet arm for both but wanted to get you the correct info to answer your question.
we have noticed that each is a little different depending on the accessories and product mix. Best bet is to measure the front and back heights and figure out the difference in height to decide which size. front bumper weights etc will affect the total height, or different weight in the rear...
Yes you have to remove the shock completely to get the spring compressed enough to get the spacer in. we do make a 1" and 1.5" for the bilstein squatch package too. its a little different due to how the spring lower plate design is.
you will find them all here. look for front and rear...

We just finished up our HOSS 3.0 specific rear shock skid kit. We have a batch out of production now and out at powder coat. These were designed to specifically clear the larger HOSS Fox shock and reservoir. Cheap insurance for sure. Hit me up if you want to get some of the first production...
