The bar pin bolts that come with our coilovers are 7/16-14 X 2.75 Grade 8 hex head cap screws. They use a 5/8 wrench or socket, which is slightly smaller than 16mm so it sounds like you're good on socket clearance. The only other wildcard is I'm not sure if the bolts are long enough to...

I think @rtaylor covered everything except that last part of your question 3, regarding installation of your LCA skids The location of the bar pin bolts does not change, however we include new bar pin bolts that insert from the bottom rather than the top like the stock ones. I don't know...

Here are a couple of pics with the billet links. The hose is routed the same on the tubular links but using the clamp kit I posted above.

Our rear coilovers mount shaft up/body down, so the reservoir hose comes out the bottom, not the top. The hose is routed up the lower suspension link (with the tube clamps) and the reservoir is mounted along the frame rail.

To run our remote res rear coilovers with our tubular lower links you have to use the specific billet tube clamp kit we sell for that specific applicaiton. It's sold separately because some will need a different kit that we offer for use with stock lower links (which are a different diameter)...

We considered it, until we got our hands on a HOSS 3.0 Bronco and test-fit it, and found out it's pretty easy to stretch the existing boot over it.

I don't remember saying that but I'm sure you can copy-paste some old quote LOL. But no, there is no introductory discount on these, that I'm aware of. We do have some current price promotions going on but they don't cover the tie rods.

They ended up a bit higher than that at $399, but still less than replacement stock tie rods from Ford.

We just brought a '23 Wildtrak into the shop this morning to go over. That is one of the things we are looking it.

This bumper was designed as armor, so I'm sure it's heavier than the stock steel rear bumper which is made out of thinner material. I don't have an exact weight handy for the bumper by itself but the shipping weight is listed as 85 lbs. I would guess that includes about 10 lbs of box and packing...

Yes the components in the Sasquatch and Non-Sasquatch kits are exactly the same. They're just given different part numbers because of the difference in lift height they yield.
