Only downside I noticed is the loss of headroom in the rear seats. Front seats are fine, but I'm 6' with a long torso so my head now hits the headliner and tension clip if I sit in the back. My kids are young so it's not a problem, but just something to consider if you're transporting adults...

Tires.

Just got back from the first drive with the headliner installed. While on the road my wife commented about how quiet the truck was. The loudest non-stereo-related sound in the cab is now road noise from the tires. It's a noticeable difference.

Haven't seen much chatter in this section so I was initially hesitant to order but my Dirty Dog 4x4 headliner arrived today. Showed up exactly 1 week after placing the order. Looking forward to getting this installed and seeing how much it quiets down the soft top. Thanks for getting my order...

I love seeing the retro style 2-tone wraps on these trucks. It looks so right with the body lines. First one that really grabbed my attention showed up on BaT awhile back. It was the reverse of yours with the wrap being white, but man....it is such a good look.

That is such a good blue. Definitely the last color I'd have expected them to drop from the options.

Yeah, I'm going to sell the Expy once I fix the issues. I can't in good conscience sell a broken vehicle, so I'll get everything sorted and sell it as a working high-mileage truck. I'm sure someone will enjoy it as a great beach fishing vehicle and give it the love I don't have time to anymore.

My wife laughed about the whole thing because pretty much every one of my vehicles started off with some weird story, whether it be flying out to the middle of nowhere to pick it up and drive home or rescuing someone's SER Spec-V that was on its way to the scrapyard. I love a good story, but...

That Expedition is on 35" tires, 2019 Raptor wheels, has all the right updates, and looks properly proportioned. I did it up with the expectation of keeping it indefinitely but, as we all know, life likes throwing curveballs. Still, it owes me nothing. It's been a great truck.

Honestly I'm fortunate to have a family that's adaptable to my nonsense. Few things ever go as planned and thankfully they roll with it :)
