Random, but I'm happy to hear their service department is still solid. Years (many years...) ago I worked in the area and had my 1995 Thunderbird serviced there and they were top notch. Cleanest service department I'd ever seen, quick turn-around, and no issues with the work they did. The...
Island Beach State Park. Look up Sportfishing Permit. You'll be buying either a day or weekend pass as the annual passes sell out quick, which for 2024 meant they were sold out back in December.
I was gonna suggest a uhaul 4x7 trailer as it's only $15 plus fees to rent but they won't allow a soft top to tow for some reason. Seems arbitrary but I suppose they have their reasons.
Throw down some old blankets to protect the interior from scuffing, if that matters to you.
Welcome! I installed this company's front license plate bracket for the mod bumper and it's a really nice solution.
The one for the standard bumper:

Slide one of these over the plate before mounting and it gives a nice, finished look...
@Mountains2Metal any chance you guys could offer a template for us early '21 guys to drill and install the rollcage rivnuts needed to run your tilting attic rack?
This post just helped me out tremendously. After having the same symptoms as OP, I went out and checked connections and there was a fault in the wires by the transfer case. Wiggled stuff around and the error went away, so I now know what I'll next be taking apart, cleaning, and inspecting...
I had the same experience. The family wasn't thrilled with the noise level inside the truck so I bought DD's headliner. The difference is very noticeable.
I removed it for the summer so I can flip the top back but will reinstall for any longer trips, and then of course when the temps start to...
Got to the beach with the family on Sunday. The Bronco feels incredibly capable on the sand when aired down to 20 psi.
Was a solid first beach fishing trip with the truck but highlighted a few storage-related issues. Thankfully the Memorial Day sales were still happening so I got some good...
Dueler Revo 3s are freaking amazing. I've run 35" Duelers on a diesel F250 and on an Expedition both with great results. They're quiet, ride great, have amazing traction, and the tread wear is the best I've experienced on any tire I've run.
They're going on my Bronco when the time comes. I have...
Have they said they have that in the works? I was planning on reaching out to them to request that very thing.
Rivnuts are easy as anything to install and I'd have this ordered in an instant if I knew where to drill the holes.
That's now 2 old-school TW guys that have found me on this forum. Derek pinged me in my initial thread and I hadn't seen him since WAY back in my Primm racing days!
At least a few of us have continuing good taste in vehicles 😁
I'm running the soft top and it's noticeable but not bad by any stretch. The hard top is even quieter. It's not a luxury sedan so don't expect silence. Some wind, some road noise, some creaks and rattles depending on what you're hauling and how it's stored, etc. It's all to be expected...
