I have had this happen several times. Yesterday, I leave the Bronco running in the driveway to do something prior to backing into the garage. I walk back to the Bronco and the driver door is locked. Well that is strange! I have also had a few cases where in the garage the driver door is...
Yea, I thought that was the control point. So initially I was just visually watching for the beams to determine if it was activating, but then I changed to looking at the dash and looking for the high beam indicator. Still no go. I'm pretty sure that all the turn on conditions above were met...
OK, question in a diffent way. I have a base with no significant upgrades (like 360 or any cameras other than reverse). The collision allert camera controls the high beams, right? So none of my bumper mods matter because I had no sensors?
And yes, I made sure they were enabled in the settings and the switch was on A. I actually disabled and re-enabled in settings with no success. Didn't find much of anything in a search so I thought I would see if anyone else has this issue.
Not sure on that one. Just know it was making a pinging sound - I just assumed it was hitting something. The outer edge of the cover was probably moving on the order of 1/2" (total up/down).
So I have a base model with the 2.3l engine. Only 4,500 ish miles (I purchased it with 4,300 miles on the Bronco). I installed the JCR engine cover and when at idle the cover was "ringing" due to impact on other engine parts. I checked the clearance between the cover and verified fitment and...
All I can say is that it is the closest of all the ones I tried. The sheen is the biggest issue to match. While the black might be off a little, it is very difficult to tell that.
Yes. The ultra matte. But I learned a lesson last night. I was trying to hit a spot heavy due to some paint damage and evidently heavy affected the sheen. I will have to light coat it one more time.
I found a clean local take take off coilovers, upper front control arms and a full set of rear control arms taken off a Wildtrak Sasquatch. Is it correct to assume this is all I will need to complete ~2" lift? Just want to make sure before I plunk down the rest of the $.
Part ordered and appointment at Ford setup. As many have said it’s just not worth the risk. We live in a mountainous area so salt and many mountain passes. Just have to learn from mistakes.
What I will share is that I knew it was there and I was being very cautious. I cut the bottom...
That is the only reason I posted this thread. It was due to how minor the damage was and just trying to get a feel for if I am over that danger line or not. It’s kind of hard to get a fingernail into the nick. I already know I screwed up - don’t need to be told that. I guess I could drive...
I know. I don’t want to take chances. Just takes about a month to get into my service department and it looks like a bitch to change. Just will hold up my entire build. I’m so pissed. I was laying under the bronco saying what can i put over that brake line but couldn’t think of something I...
