You're missing too much from non-SAS to SAS if you want it or are going to use it. Trade. Retrofitting the transfer case will be a huge undertaking and likely have a negative effect on your powertrain warranty.
Can you please provide a parts list with part numbers?
Using the Ford factory 7-pin/4-pin is an excellent end result and looks very good. I haven't seen anyone else do that and I don't know what the part number for it is.
Judging by how many other silver Wildtrak owners posted in that thread, I'm going to say you'll get a chunk of people answering yes.
I get what you're saying though. All the gloss black on Wildtrak goes well with a bright, shiny color.
Can't speak to Rokblokz specifically but I have Rekgen XL on my Wildtrak and I'm very happy with the fitment. I do have the side steps like Visitor is mentioning.
I can grab some pics in 30 or so when I leave work.
I didn't even think about how the tail gate is just painted metal surface on the inside too. Any other SUVs or hatchbacks I've had have something over it. Maybe an organizer or something on there isn't such a bad idea after all.
It's a lot of cash to order what's needed to get a mod bumper from a dealer parts department. They're also pretty in demand on the FS/FT section.
If you have parking sensors, it's a pain to move them over. It's been discussed here in other threads, but the sensors and wires that Ford uses...
I agree on black in general. I love how black looks when it's either new or freshly polished, but it is just awful to keep looking good. I had a black motorcycle and that was reasonable to keep in good shape. It only got three marks on it: one where I leaned on the tank and two where my tail bag...
Thanks. I'm not too worried about that, I just want something that's not tons of money but safe to use as a first timer. I'd rather have the basics just in case.
That makes me think the Ford Performance Kit is overpriced just because it's Warn, even the basic one.
It looks like the Smittybilt...
