I think the issue you're having is the crash bar. Rekgen is SAS only and you may have a similar result. I would get Rokblokz.

Do the factory skid plates cover the catalytic converter or provide any protection to it? Any pictures underneath of the full factory skid plate setup on a 4door? Googling but getting aftermarket pics.
