All the tuners like JB4 are piggyback tuners and don’t change anything that ford can check for like a custom tune would. All you have to do is unplug it and they don’t know the difference
No place to drive on the beach virtually the entire west coast of Florida. Several places on the east coast though. There is one off roading park probably a hr or so from there but the name of it is escaping me. Florida is flat, so not much in the way of off-roading unless it’s a mud pit
Mine started doing this as well and after doing the 10 seconds down, up and down again it would correct the problem for a short time. Ford ended up replacing 2 window motors and thus far it hasn’t occurred again
You can adjust the soft top but to prevent rubbing on the cage and scratching the paint you need 2 people or there are several company’s that make plastic protectors for this. I have the IAG versions but there are plenty more to choose from and all serve the same purpose. Also most of the time...
I did but when Spd told me nearly a year ago they were having issues sourcing a cat that wasnt high priced and therefore prohibiting due to the cost, I stopped holding my breath for the downpipe anytime soon. There seems to be a challenge with making one for the 2.3 that isn’t there for the 2.7...
Talk to me like I’m a child, you wash and clean your vehicle and then use this after as a spray on/wipe off application? I’ve only ever see people getting this done by a professional and it costing 5-700
Most of the wastegate issues/failures throw codes and is easy to diagnose. Have you looked at what is rattling with the hood open, that would give you a better idea of what it is? Also like mentioned, find another dealership, that’s a absurd amount of time to have to wait to get it diagnosed.
Doubt they will cover this since ford doesn’t sell just the side or back windows for the soft top, you have to buy the whole assembly to get it. My plastic broke on the driver side where it locks in by the doors, have tried to repair it without any luck.
