I live in SW Florida and have had mine since June with no rusting at all. Not sure how some of you have rusting after a few weeks? If all else fails get them powder coated, will still cost less than aluminum steps

My dealership rotated all 5 of mine, and I can confirm that without a doubt the spare has a TPMS sensor in it. The damn manual says to do a 5 tire rotation. The fact any dealership is telling people differently let’s you know your dealership is shit

The hardest part of the install is 2 part… first having the right length socket extension to get under where the intake meets the turbo to loosen the clamp. The other part that takes patience more than anything to get the O2 sensor reinstalled without pushing the rubber grommet inside the intake...

Is this tune self learning if you have other mods? I was told livernois is who wrote the tune but ford still has the encryption to itself until livernois or someone else cracks it. Looking forward to that so we can get some real HP numbers out of these motors

That sounds great, I want to know why they can’t seem to release one for the 2.3. I know no one cares about the 2.3, but when it’s all said and done the 4 banger turbo will be up there in HP with the right mods. I assume they just made two of the 2.7 downpipes for the 3.0??

Did you get a alignment after install or just match the old ones and install?

Definitely not, I meant removing them and reinstalling after the powder coating. Not going to happen, hence why it hasn’t been done by anyone. Silly question the more I think about it.

Didn’t think about having to tear the bearings apart to powder coat them. That could make that more difficult than I was anticipating

Has anyone who received these had them powder coated fully or even just the section in question about rusting?

This is 1.5 hrs south of me, going to have to check it out!
