Hi guys, wanted to share a quick video and some shots of my car getting tuned on the Dyno.
We had the ECU changed with an unlocked one and done the work using the SCT device. Got some pretty good results considering the fact that it is summer now and the temps/air quality is not ideal.
Current...
Thanks for the above.
I have the RPG arms on my car, recently fitted and before that I did not have any sounds. So, I think I will ask the guys to take it apart, closely inspect the ball joints/bearings/screws and put it back together.
So, Ive got my car back from the shop after some mods. Since it was there, I had asked the mechanic to check all the bolts and told him about the issue. Unfortunatly the main suspension guy was on leave and is not back until next week.
Anyway, they said they have checked and re-torqued...
So I got the corsa installed + spd downpipes and the injen charge pipes.
Car sounds awesome :) Its nice to daily, no drone at all and pretty tame under 3.7k rpms. Beyond that its very loud and raspy. Classic tubro/downpipe sound. Im happy with the setup, cant wait to her tuned.
Damn, sorry to see that you had to go through this.
By reading your initial post, I have the same sound coming from my Bronco.
Since she is in the workshop now getting some mods done, I will ask them to check these upper arm nuts as well.
Any other advice you can give me to check?
I have managed to find a used Corsa cat back from another owner. This also has a resonator at the midpipe and the rear is open with dual exit. hopefully it sounds nice haha.
Ill post a clip once I get things installed with the downpipes next month.
Nice one thanks, I currently have the MRT axle back which is really nice and loud.. But now I'm looking to get downpipes+tune, and I know it's gonna be wayy too loud so looking for something with a balanced sound.
Dear Gents,
Looking to get some downpipes and tune my car soon.
Currently I have the MRT exhaust which is crazy loud. I have sort of got used to it and its fun in the desert. However, im looking at getting the max power and downpipes with a custom tune. I know that the MRT is going to be...
So I have just recently fitted the SPD 170 degree thermostat and swapped the radiator coolant to a better performance coolant.
I have noticed faster cooldown/recovery time, and slightly more stable trans temps, however the engine temp still seems to climb quickly when on wide open throttle. The...
So I have the same issue as OP. Just wanted to say that after I changed tires, the pull to the left side has significantly decreased, but it is still there slightly.
Also it only happens in the beginning when you floor it in 4A.. as I continue with WOT and center steering slightly it stays...
I have the exact same characteristic on my car.
I am running Kings, custom tuned with RPG UCA. I have had the baja kits UCA before and had my front axle replaced due to the recall.
It has always pulled to the left in sport under hard acceleration, ever since I had the shocks installed and had...
Got some nice footage testing out the new camera equipment and the Raptor R. What a beast, I have no words.. Its like playing a video game haha.
These are some of the easier dunes, good for practise and suspension testing. I didnt manage to get any footage from the whoops area but will get some...
Thanks, yeah its not a very common breed.
So those photos were a little old, I have now swapped out the bajakits stuff for the billet RPG front and rear upper/lower arms. Got the heavy duty tie rod kit as well and all parts custom colour matched to the wheels.
Regarding the King shocks...
