I think there is a B&P bug due to the mid package including remote start, and that not being compatible with a M/T.
Also I believe BB is the only trim that allows for heated seats without getting the mid package... So there is that if I'm wrong about the glitch.
I think the 2.7L will end up getting better MPG than the 2.3L, at least with Sasquatch. Without Sasquatch I think the two engine options will be just about the same.
If you're looking at getting something "in the mean time" why not just get a Bronco in the meantime and upgrade in a year or two if Bronco does make something you like better.
I think this is a B&P glitch. Mid has remote start which is not available with the MT. But previous marketing materials implied that you can still get the mid package sans the remote start.
I'm deciding between a base/MT/Sasquatch and a Badlands.
Base pros: saves ~15k over the BL, not paying for a bunch of stuff I don't want.
Cons: Can't upgrade to High package, comes with expensive rims and tires I don't like. (I'm not sure how you're reaching 42k on a base build and all those...
Considering the 2021 orders are bleeding into 2022, I bet they make ZERO adjustments until 2023 maybe even 2024. Only 2022 changes would come from actual issues, not taste. Basically anything that is "late availability" on 2021 are the only changes Ford will make for the 2022.
Anyone else concerned by this. Leather-trimmed implies that the majority of the seat is still vinyl.
I'm also not clear if upgrading to leather on the 2door Badlands adds carpet, since power seats are apparently not available on the 2door, and the power seat is why ford is adding carpet when...
Might be talking after adding V6 and Sassy to the BL to make them more apples to apples. OP is overlooking the bumpers/bashplates/and rock rails - which probably does add up to 16,000 and change.
If you add Sassy/Or the V6 (one or the other) BL is cheaper though.
I wish they would have made...
I think the 5,700 does include the trans. There is something fishy about the B&P. On the base if you add Sassy it automatically adds the auto trans and the total price goes from 29,995 to 35,785 a difference of 5,790.
But the stand alone price listed on B&P for the Sassy is 4,995 and the auto...
First, there was the Eddie Bauer edition.
Now for the first time ever! Bronco brings us the Walmart edition!
Then twist the knife and shows us a Filson interior that isn't available.
I really don't like the wheels and tires. (Even Ford doesn't, they keep putting after market wheels and tires on the demos.) That would be a few more grand to swap out. BUT a Base 2door Manual Sasquatch (please stop calling it Mansasquatch) is very high on my list. I'm just not sure if I want to...
Brown and black usually look terrible together. Navy blue and black usually look terrible together. Light tan and black always look terrible together.
Digital camo? Is that a fucking joke?
Loud accent colors that can’t be changed? WTF
It looks like on one of the trims if you want leather the...
Ethanol free gas is easier to find at rural/small town stations.
Ethanol is hell on small engines, and old farm equipment. Pretty much anything with a carburetor that might sit for a while between uses. After the gas evaporates the ethanol lingers around and gets gummy.
Anyway, for that reason...
I've been looking for images of hard shell rooftop tents on 2door jeeps, and I just don't see them. Looks like all the options available have a foot or two of overhang on the door.
I'm going to be that guy and say that monochromatic only means "one (mono) color".
Race red is monochromatic, while metallic silver is not. A color like area 51 is no more or less monochromatic than race red, but it is heavily toned (my guess anyway, neutral grey as been added to some hue of...
Ford putting after market wheels and tires on their touring demo.... I really hope the sassy will have a wheel option other than beadlock capable. They won't, but I can hope.
