I used a Dremel and went at these attachment locations pretty vigorously. The part got looser as I went and then it was using a little flat screwdriver to push the part out. I did end up snapping it so he careful, but gluing it back in after painting and it's barely noticeable.

Thanks! Absolutely love it. Mine is cloth unlike your order. It's a great combo in my opinion. After having a vehicle with leather in the past, it's just so hot and sweaty and the cloth in my previous 4runner held up great so I'm hoping this will as well.

Great trip! I just went to Crystal Mill a month ago and the area is beautiful. You'll appreciate the off road experience much more in aired down tires. I was able to get along on that trail pretty quickly and comfortably.

The cable and clip are on the top side, what you are looking at is the bottom side and the arrow is the location of the tab that you will need to push thru and unclip.
