Do you have a kit with the Musway 4 channel amp, Kicker 8" Hideaway, the harness to feed the front and rear, and a pigtail to run the Kicker Hideaway? Do I need to run a separate power supply for the Musway like with the Kicker Key? Thanks in advance! This would be for a 2022 4 Door with...
Weekends aren't a good time to check statuses on Ford systems. Most of their software updates, batch processing of data occur during the weekends...which usually means their systems aren't available.
Top photo is "crash bars"...there to deflect the tire down and away from the cabin in the event of a frontal impact--on all trim levels except for those with Sasquatch.

It's not surprising that they won't give you info since technically Ford is their customer, not you. The inventory manager at your dealership should be able to give you a general timeframe for delivery.
On the Base build and price tool, there is nothing indicating BLIS is available on this trim level. It does say Ford CoPilot 360 Technology, but nothing specific to BLIS. BLIS is part of the Mid package, which is not available on the Base trim.
It all depends on the dealer--my dealer didn't charge me a deposit because I've bought from them before, others at the same dealership were being charged deposits.
A local dealer near me did this for a friend of mine. So yes, it is a thing. He was able to change color, engine, and add switches. The refundable deposit puts your name on the order, not binding if you decide not to buy it. This isn't a fee to click a few button on their computer.
General Mgr/Owner of the Dealership are your best bets in getting something resolved if there is an issue with a purchase as they are an independent business.
Google/Yelp reviews tend to get the attention of management/owners of dealerships when phone calls/texts/emails/letters are ignored...
Could have happened anywhere from the rail ramp while loading on the rail car to going on/off the carrier. This is the first I've seen it happen...definitely not from someone from the dealership or plant taking it through a drive-thru LOL.
Not sure why the dealer wouldn't be aware--it's clearly transport damage. The dealer didn't do anything wrong, all they can do now is wait for a new hardtop to come in to replace it. Transport company pays for it. Nothing for you to worry about...it's theirs to sell now.
Why wouldn't you want to protect the interior by putting the top up and windows in, it only takes a few minutes in the light...bet it would be a pain to do it in the middle of the night if a storm popped up.
