It was stolen from a dealer, has nothing to do with a salvage title. The scammers cloned the VIN and it was caught when the OP traded it in. Dealer took back the Raptor F150 that he traded it for, since the trade-in was a stolen vehicle.
The dealer bears all the responsibility for this, as the preview you posted clearly says it's not an order. They didn't submit it. They probably knew the dealership was getting sold and told you anything to string you along until the new owner took over,...and then it's their problem. Ford...
The original dealer that it appears to be stolen from, likely recieved a claim check from AMRO (Ford's subsidiary insurance company)--so technically it belongs to AMRO. The vehicle is probably being held as evidence, but will probably be returned to the insurance company once the case is solved...
This number is for Ford Credit--they can't do anything about warranty claims, loaners, etc. They'll redirect you to call the Ford Customer Service number. That number is 1-800-392-3673.
Since there is no "tow-haul" mode, except on the Braptor, I would use Normal. Sport mode will automatically turn on 4A--why risk burning up a transfer case.
Mine does the same thing with the soft top and Sport mode. I just push up on the top from the inside to drain the water before opening the door or window....solves the water rushing in. The Sport mode does go into 4A automatically, but can be switched to 2H...it also turns off auto start/stop...

I believe it's part of the salesperson's delivery checklist that they are to update your points to FordPass. My salesperson had mine updated by the time i got home from doing all the paperwork. Check with your salesperson.
