First what factory wheels are you talking about ? There are a ton of factory wheels. The badlands SAS and Raptors are 8.5 and 37x13.5 fit great on the wheel. Depending on your lift and if you plan on running spacer will determine if they rub. Please don’t listen to the one inch over tread width...

I don’t know any one running the Pro-vst. I run the 2.5 VSRT not sure if they are the same just a new name, but I like them. If you adjust the lift amount you can tune them to your liking. Stiffer than the SAS bilstein for sure.

Zero is a good start. If you want no rubbing be prepared to trim some metal and plastic.

If road handling and a quiet ride is your goal, the Bronco is not it. The f150 rides better and is much more comfortable.

I agree all the electrical is concerning, I cary a jumper battery pack from dewalt. Any brand will do, $200 and no extra work installing a battery.

The death wobbles can come and go depending on road conditions and speed. Hopefully it’s not a steering issue , but it’s very common in our Broncos to damage the tie rods. I would check the joint to see if it’s been pulled apart.

The sway bar has little no effect on driving at highway speeds. Most likely alinement is out due to the tie rods pulling apart at the inner ball and socket.

I don’t think so, it doesn’t have a limited slip rear end.

Something was wrong with his steering, but hard to believe it froze. A stiff tie rod at the rack would still allow movement. I have the same icon tie rods have treated me fine in similar weather. Maybe something else wrong.

Interesting, didn’t know that could happen. Haven’t had any issues especially only at 21F, I am sure other members have had there Broncos in much colder conditions. All that gear and can’t take off a tie rod, very poor planning.

I would also make sure your swaybar assembly is tight. It looks as if there’s been movement between the two.

As others stated , probably wasn’t designed for the electric disconnect. Maybe add a washer between the skid plate and frame so no more damage to the disconnect.

I believe ProComp bought the American made 4wp suspension line. They look similar, a good marketing move. The only thing I don’t like about mine is they say 4WP on them.

Dang 285/70r17 on a Subaru, that’s a lot of cutting.

Give it some time, spend enough time off-road you will see some wild things. I wasn’t there to see it, but looks like an easy trail. Loose builders can be difficult to navigate especially if it rolled when crossing it.

You would be surprised how common a freak incident happens. Seen two this year, one in the snow the bronco was 4 or 5 vehicles behind me and caught a rock to the pan, the other on a dirt road and a 1” diameter stick punched a hole.

You may want to check your LOD skid. Mine broke at every place they welded after a few months of hard use. After rewelding and reinforcing , it’s has held up ok.
