    Wow great read!! I am late to the party, had no idea Ford was changing so much. To put it in perspective I went with EXO to Baja , 3 people 6 nights in a hotel, breakfast, dinner, drinks with support vehicles and mechanics for $3700.

    I run the 37x13.5 with no flares and haven’t had any issues with throwing rocks.

    4 Wheel Parts / Pro Comp make a good set of coil overs that are very affordable and work great. If you shop around you can find a deal. I have seen some for $1500 for all four. JKS max tire kit will help with the clearance also.

    You will need a lift, and some minor trimming if you don’t want to rub at all. What do you want to spend will determine the lift? $200-$20000 will be the cost it all depends on how you plan to use your Bronco.

    Your response, should have been what if you need to climb to the right or left. All trails are not straight up. It definitely helps to keep the wheel straight just not practical.   11. Replacing 2.7 crossmember bolts

    According to Ford and other manufacturers most nuts and bolts are one time use. Me personally I reuse them just double check after a few hundred miles they are still tight.

    Anything can break if you wheel enough. We had a few in our group break multiple Icons, I think Eric was the first for the Ford Performance ones but it’s hard to keep track of all the damages.

    I am a contractor with the State, had a project that “had to start the 15th”no changing it. Monday comes around and they postponed for 30 days. Still a little bitter, but there will be other trips glad everyone had fun.

    Just look for Sasquatch take offs. For around $1000 you should be able to get everything.

    It’s a couple grand worth of suspension for most not a big deal to upgrade. You still have the better axles,steering, transfer case and interior. A good Icon system will out perform stock any day.

    If you want to do a nice drive, try Potash Rd to Shafer Canyon Rd. Just a dirt road but with some fantastic views of the river and ends in Canyon Lands NP.
