I have the Base Sasquatch and specifically ordered the keypad bc I love my F-150 keypad.
BUT when I try to lock and close the door in my Bronco, the horn double honks and the car unlocks itself. Is this bc I locked the car using the lock/unlock button instead of the keypad?? (I actually...
Installed the Redlines months ago and posted about it. Easy install -- you do not have to remove hood hardware like certain "other" brands (you know, brands that sponsor and don't want to be criticized) -- and they work well. When opening, start slow then they speed up. I close the hood the...
Totally F-ing agree! Even worse for the 2-dr. There is also a "false hold" when you re-mount the door -- I put the passenger door onto the perch and it felt secure, so I started to let go to grab the hinge bolt and the door slipped off the perch...I caught the beast but it nearly broke my back...
I like the amount of tire poke out from under the flares. I think the non-sasquatch flares on a squatch will have a similar poke - a good look.
And I like the painted fender flares (I want to do that to my base squatch).
I have a Base Squatch with the base interior package. The steering wheel material is plastic-y and just a bad feel (it’s functional for getting caught topless in the rain or muddy days on the trials, I get that). I ordered and installed the Wheelskins (https://wheelskins.com/) leather wrap that...
All good - you improved on the concept by tucking it under the rubber mat. Also, your Qi charger is smaller so maybe better (although, mine fits snugly in the space so it does not move around). I'm just happy I didn't pay for the feature when such an affordable, creative hack exists.
Don’t forget the ”bracket vs no bracket” on the 2-door clamshell. I am very interested to see if the replacement 2-door tops come with a bracket to screw it to the B pillar.
This is crazy. So some 2-door, hard-top owners have no bracket and some have it. Doesn't make sense. Maybe its a result of the Webasto shit-storm!
@BronchoPeat - you said it was not secured to the mounting point - was it resting on top of the screwhead like mine? Was there no screw...
OK. Ford must have changed the design? (Btw, logically, the mesh top could share the hole with the clambshell becuase Ford could assume no top when you install the mesh top.) Whatever the explanation, it's strange.
For the record, in my original post I said it was not a big deal. I just...
July 2 build date?!! Yours actually WAS a Friday build! Maybe they left off your bracket and headed out early to happy hour!?!! :ROFLMAO:
June 29 build date for me (that was a Tuesday).
Well explain this picture then: it is a bracket that is mounted on the clamshell side of my MIC top and it is shaped to "curve" down to the screw location. ??!! I took that pic from inside, sitting in back seat, looking out toward the bracket that was sitting on top of the screw. Does your...
