well, the classic alternate method to meet EPA CAFE mileage goals is to go with smaller engines and fewer cylinders. eg, 1.5L 3 cylinder EcoBoost in the bronco sport. the next generation will probably be a 1.0L 2 cylinder i'll take ASS over smaller engine

i’d either 1) delete his phone’s carplay profiles on both the bronco and the phone, then re-add as wired only or 2) have ford replace the antenna or head unit i would do option 2 especially if other phones have the same issue in that bronco
